I notice that some questions have an answered badge, yet others don't. What's the logic behind this?

For a question to receive the "answered" badge, the creator of the question must select an answer that solves his/her problem. Moderators can mark a question as answered also. Having answered status doesn't mean the question thread is locked, it just means there's at least one working answer. People can still contribute answers as well.

After some further testing, it appears that when using Internet Explorer 8, it is best to view this site in Compatibility Mode so that the navigation tabs appear properly. Testing in Internet Explorer 7 yielded satistfactory results.

We treat feedback as though it's a question to the administrators. So all you need to do is ask a new question, with a self-explanatory question title. In the Tag area, make sure that you include "feedback" as a tag.
